Phonak target software 9.1

  • You can get Phonak Target 8.1 but it won't run on Win7.
  • You can get an earlier version of Phonak Target that will run on Win7. But it won't program Phonak Lumity models.

@menglxs Since I don't have Target 8.0 can you help us out. Perhaps Target 8.0 will run on Win7?

Yes, thank you. Its even worse as I have the 312 battery model that seems to require the target 9.1 (even higher than the regular L90's). I just faced the music and ordered an older HP latitude with a good Win 11 installed. Thanks so much for the help.

Hi, may I get a link to download the latest Target software? Thanks in advance

Hi @Riona Welcome;
Read your PM/Private Message/Conversation for information about how to find Phonak Target 10.0.0

Hi pvc,

Can you help me as well getting this software? Thank you very much in advance!

HMm; I don't think that is possible for the Phonak Lumity models.

As per this link to → Phonak Audéo™ L Product information Page-3 the Phonak Lumity models require Phonak 8.0 or higher;

AND the System Requirements for Phonak Target 8.1 (I don't have 8.0 but it will be the same) will not run on Windows 7 because the minimum Windows OS is Windows 8.1. Here's a copy of the system requirements for Phonak Target 8.1.

Thanks so much for that information. I now have a new related problem. I have bought a win11 computer and updated my Phonak to a 10 with drivers. Also updated Hi Pro USB to current update and drivers. They say they are successfully connected and they do work for my Venture aids and recognize them. THE PROBLEM IS: Phonak CHANGED the hearing aid port connection on the Lumitys but give no information on what NEW type cables are required to program the Lumity from the Hi Pro. There seems to be no place for the hook up. Any suggestions?

Please can I have a link to the Target 10 software - my husband has new Phonak Audeo Sphere hearing aids and his hearing specialist said that his Roger Select won't work with it.

I have tried to de-register them from his old Phonak Audeo HA but they still won't connect to his new ones.

I have upgraded the firmware via Roger Upgrader but I am stuck now.

I don't know about Target software but I am hoping that I can find a way to link them.

Thank you

Here's some instructions that I found. But they caution: If you run into any issues with the pairing or setup, it’s always a good idea to consult your audiologist for assistance to ensure proper installation and performance. So, I dunno. Good Luck.

To install the Roger Select microphone on a Phonak Audéo Paradise (Audeo Sphere) hearing aid, you'll generally need the Roger Direct feature, which allows certain Phonak hearing aids to connect directly to Roger microphones. Here's how you can install and set it up:

Steps:
  1. Check compatibility: Ensure your Phonak Audéo Sphere hearing aids are compatible with the Roger Direct system. Roger Direct is supported on the Phonak Audeo Paradise models (or similar). If unsure, check with your audiologist.
  2. Update hearing aid software: Make sure your hearing aids have the latest firmware updates. These updates can be done through the Phonak Target software by your audiologist or at an authorized center. Having the most recent firmware ensures compatibility with Roger devices. Caution; Lost connectivity during a firmware update can brick your hearing aids.
  3. Pair the Roger Select:
    • Turn on your Roger Select microphone and put it into pairing mode.
    • Put your hearing aids in pairing mode. This usually involves pressing the button on the hearing aid or using the Phonak Remote Control app to initiate pairing.
  4. Use the Phonak Remote Control App: If you have the myPhonak or Phonak Remote Control app on your smartphone, follow the steps in the app to pair the Roger Select directly to your hearing aids.
  5. Check connectivity: Once paired, your hearing aids should automatically connect with the Roger Select device. You can check the connection via the app or by verifying the sound quality and listening experience.
  6. Adjust settings: If needed, adjust the Roger Select’s settings (e.g., volume, directional mic focus) through the app or the hearing aid controls for optimal performance.

Just acquired the Sphere i90s, can anyone help me with a copy of the Target software please? I appreciate any help that I can get. Thanks.
