Thanks so much for that information. I now have a new related problem. I have bought a win11 computer and updated my Phonak to a 10 with drivers. Also updated Hi Pro USB to current update and drivers. They say they are successfully connected and they do work for my Venture aids and recognize them. THE PROBLEM IS: Phonak CHANGED the hearing aid port connection on the Lumitys but give no information on what NEW type cables are required to program the Lumity from the Hi Pro. There seems to be no place for the hook up. Any suggestions?HMm; I don't think that is possible for the Phonak Lumity models.
As per this link to → Phonak Audéo™ L Product information Page-3 the Phonak Lumity models require Phonak 8.0 or higher;

AND the System Requirements for Phonak Target 8.1 (I don't have 8.0 but it will be the same) will not run on Windows 7 because the minimum Windows OS is Windows 8.1. Here's a copy of the system requirements for Phonak Target 8.1.
