    A word of advice, go to the Global tuning screen on the Phonak Target and select 70% target gain or 80% target gain, don't use 100% target gain, as a new user of hearing aids you will need time to take in the amplified sound, otherwise you will think all sound is noise.

    I know this default password. Actually you don't need the default password if you're just using Compass GPS to programme/adjust your hearing aids, only if you're using the Compass GPS Console to manage the database.

    Any session that meets these conditions is fine: Programming is done using the programmer, and at the end of programming/preserving data, the Phonak Target says "Remote Support is successfully enabled". Paired yo phone is displayed on the right side of the clients&sessions screen.
