Signia Insio 5X - Xperience

It can't be (1 to 3) and (4 to 3) ??
CS44a miniature Female Pin 1 = CS44a Mini-DIN Male Pin 3
CS44a miniature Female Pin 2 = CS44a Mini-DIN Male Pin 1
CS44a miniature Female Pin 3 = CS44a Mini-DIN Male Pin 4
CS44a miniature Female Pin 4 = CS44a Mini-DIN Male Pin 3

Can i ask as you sure from all cabels
What is the combatabile cable with signia?? Standard CS44 or CS44a
I will connect the wires as you send
Starting from small 4 pins which guided be small red point and small slot ending with mini. Din male pins when u telling me the correct connection

After soldering the cabke i test it and its giving same connection as CS44 standard

I'm trying to reply. Hold on for a minute or two.

Your multi-meter test of Starkey Purple cable cannot be correct because you have this conflict:
CS44a miniature Female Pin 1 = CS44a Mini-DIN Male Pin 3
CS44a miniature Female Pin 4 = CS44a Mini-DIN Male Pin 3

Signia uses standard CS44 cables.

Okay, let's do it backwards starting from the CS44 miniature Female Pins; CS44 Pinout:
CS44 miniature Female Pin 2 = CS44 Mini-DIN Male Pin 1
CS44 miniature Female Pin 1 = CS44 Mini-DIN Male Pin 2
CS44 miniature Female Pin 3 = CS44 Mini-DIN Male Pin 3
CS44 miniature Female Pin 4 = CS44 Mini-DIN Male Pin 4

Your last Starkey Purple cable pinout makes more sense. Let me see if I can draw lines for it. It will take a while.

Starkey Purple/Straight Cable pinout:
CS44 miniature Female Pin 1 = CS44 Mini-DIN Male Pin 3
CS44 miniature Female Pin 2 = CS44 Mini-DIN Male Pin 1
CS44 miniature Female Pin 3 = CS44 Mini-DIN Male Pin 4
CS44 miniature Female Pin 4 = CS44 Mini-DIN Male Pin 2
----------------- Or Same Pinout in Reverse ---------------
CS44 Mini-DIN Male Pin 3 = CS44 miniature Female Pin 1
CS44 Mini-DIN Male Pin 1 = CS44 miniature Female Pin 2
CS44 Mini-DIN Male Pin 4 = CS44 miniature Female Pin 3
CS44 Mini-DIN Male Pin 2 = CS44 miniature Female Pin 4
------------------- Thus this Same Pinout -----------------
CS44 Mini-DIN Male Pin 1 = CS44 miniature Female Pin 2
CS44 Mini-DIN Male Pin 2 = CS44 miniature Female Pin 4
CS44 Mini-DIN Male Pin 3 = CS44 miniature Female Pin 1
CS44 Mini-DIN Male Pin 4 = CS44 miniature Female Pin 3

Maybe we can move on from trying to program Signia hearing aids using Starkey Purple/Straight Cables.
What does your Insio CIC look like? Is it one of these?

Oh, I forgot. You already cut one of your Starkey Purple/Straight Cables. Maybe cut it again/shorter and see if you can wire it to the CS44 Pinout and then for good measure test the pins again to see if they match the CS44 pinout.

Sorry cuz late answer i was at work
And yes its like the right cic hearing aid on the upper pict
I cut the Purple starkey cable and connect its same as standard CS44
But its didnt work..
I guss the shiled is wrong..
Cuz when i connect the wires i need shiled as wire. I connect shiled with one wire to make it as Connector
Maybe its neeed other connection method
What can you say and quiding me?

You think i must try both versions Connexx. After i checked the CS44 standard

Sorry, I wasn't clear. I am saying yours is a modern model not found in Legacy Connexx 6.5.5.
