its pure charge and go IX ... my new aid signia insio IX is it not work with conexx 9.11 ? is it need old version?
 
Have you tried simply connecting? Prep the hearing aids for connection first.

I just try to find the solution cuz that i try read many posts from you
Dunno why is conexx newer versions not support all models of signia

In starkey inspire x newer version support all types and models
 
I installed the Connexx 8.5 and sadlly its the same
Not supported

On Connexx 7.5 telling me its maybe combatale with Connexx 6...
But i see it today its new conexx on Clinic not the old Connexx

There is no pairing. This is not BlueTooth Wireless. The fitting software Connects to the hearing aid.

What's a 3-pin? Are you talking about a 3-conductor flexstrip (see image below)?

Yes it could be Connexx 9.8, then Connexx 9.9, then Connexx 9.11.

Did you prepare the hearing aids to enter fitting mode. This is accomplished with an off-on cycle of the hearing aids. For disposable battery models open and close the hearing aid battery doors. For rechargables apply a very long button press for off and repeat for on. Or, place them in your charger and then remove them in order to turn the hearing aids off and on.

And yes i tried off-On the aid uts battery not rechargabel

But i just have thinking maybe because i use starkey long wire its not work with signia...
D o you think uts matter?? Starkey long cabel cs44 i mean even i try 2 cabels red and blue but not connect with signia
