I can't paired TV adapter 3.0 to intent 1

I can't connect my intent1 to the tv adapter.
I follow all the instructions in the manual. I did a reset. But it doesn't work
 
Cycle your Oticon Intent hearing aids (Off and then back On) and place them atop the TV Adapter. Watch the TV Adapter lights.That's it!

You can accomplish either (Off or On) with a very long button press (5 seconds or so). Also placing the hearing in the charger and then remove them will accomplish the same Off/On cycle.

Though, the short description "it doesn't work" may be caused by something other than pairing? Try accomplishing the pairing first and then let's go from there.

I had already seen that video. I tried but it doesn't work. The leds keep flashing

What type of Audio Input is your TV Adapter receiving?
  • Toslink Optical Cable?
  • RCA left and Right?

I use Toslink Optical Cable and i verify out from TV working.

I have first condition on TV adapter overview :
Power on, not paired to any hearing aids.

Which brings us back to how to pair the TV Adapter with your hearing aids?

It seems simple; Just cycle (Off and then back On) each hearing aid before placing each atop the TV Adapter? That's all that is required!

Maybe other hearing aid pairings are preventing pairing with TV Adapter (for example pairing-to-your-phone or other devices)??

I turned off bluetooth
removed aid pairing from phone
Uninstalled apps from phone
I turned OFF my wi-fi network
 
Maybe we are losing something in Language Translation??? Try;
  • Put both Intent hearing aids in charger
  • Remove both Intent hearing aids from charger
  • Place both Intent hearing aids on top of TV Adapter and watch the TV Adapter lights
 
Otherwise I'm running out of ideas? Your hearing aids and TV Adapter should pair easily.
 
Maybe a friendly Audiologist could perform a quick test to see if your Oticon Intent hearing aids will pair with a different streamer?

2. Gli indicatori diverranno blu per indicare l'assenza di associazione
3. Riassociare gli apparecchi richiesti (consultare pagina 22)

Removing a user/clear pairings: To remove a user from your TV Adapter perform a system reset and re-pair the required hearing aids.
1. Reset system: Press and hold the setup button for more than 5 seconds
2. Indicators fade blue to indicate no pairings
3. Re-pair the required instruments (see page 24)
