how to do a factory reset with signia ax7 hearing aids

thanks PVC i kind of figured that. tonight i will play with it. i have a phone number that always answers please leave a message so i can play with that. also i think i will switch my aids back to ixfit and see if i get the same base results for universal setting. i can always go back to nal-nal1* the astric i think is connex doesn't like that formula. my ax5 aids use axfit and the ax7 seem to like the ixfit. thanks

ok it is the audio tab in connex for the phone bt stream. for the most part it will be hard to get good. i tried nal1 and that did not like it at all so i went to ixfit for testing and after a few tries i got it better but not perfect. but for the calls i get better is better that what it was before the adjustments i did i may do some more later. but now i have to see if the tv streamer now stays the same. i'm glad i'm not setting in the audi chair. this would drain my pocket book for sure. the bad part of the formula is ixfit gets to my ears and hurts my eardrums more than the nal1 formula does. so now i will have to do some tweaks with that. but before i do i will give nal2 a try tomorrow. thanks

i still had a bit of noise in the left ear with the ax7 so i started up the ax5 aids and they had it from the last refit i did, so last night i turned off the right ear and programmed the left ear by itself. in a separate client fitting. i let the program find the aid and i redid the feedback and recalculated just the left ear. then i restarted the right ear and had them both running all the rest of the night and today and so far no buzzing or whatever you like to call that noise i was hearing in that side. i'm going to run the ax5 aids for about a week and see if it holds up. if it does i will do the ax7 the same way do each in a separate client. i'm starting to think they talk to each other to the point of static in the left ear or the left ear is getting feedback from the right ear and can't compensate for it.
