connexx software for Rexton Reach

Please read your PM/Conversation for information on how to find Connexx 9.11.15/RexFit9.11.15 for Rexton Newer/Current models including the newest Reach models.

I read I need to update the firmware with Connexx in order to get this:
"LE audio is now available on the Reach after a firmware update, that will give you full 2 way phone audio on Android"
but I do not find Connexx app on my phone. Is this something I can do as a hearing aid owner at home or do I need to go into Costco to have them do it? How can I check on my hearing aids to see if it was already done?

Hi @Nate Welcome;
You will need the Rexton Connexx fitting software, currently Connexx 9.12.0 with the RexFit9.12.1 hearing instruments database which are usually bundled together as a pair (Connexx 9.12.0/RexFit9.12.1) and you will also need a hearing aid programming device/hardware, namely (Noahlink Wireless 2 or Noahlink Wireless).

Costco doesn't fit hearing aid models that they did not sell to you, and especially models they don't carry.

How can I check on my hearing aids to see if it was already done?

Using the same Rexton Connexx fitting software and hearing aid programming device.
