widex program interface

i'm looking at getting the widex hearing aids and i have the fitting software but need the interface cable the usb link that fits around your neck. does anyone hear happen to know where to get these?
also can anyone tell me if widex actually answers there emails for product questions? and if you submit an audiogram will they get back to youwith

Were you eventually successful at sourcing the Widex USB Link? I have been searching for these for quite a while now but they appear to be not available any more anywhere.

no i gave up on that brand and wound up with signia ax model aids. thru my medicare advantage program for free. and i did find programmer and tv streamer for them. the signia are an ok aids they are a bugger to program or at least for my loss. it seems every time i connect them to the pc the program changes some without any intervention. but i believe i will ebay some 1 or 2 year old phonaks and see how they do with the phonak fitting program i have and programmer. good luck
