How i can get the tele care code
Country nit listed on setup on signia app setting


Its need 6 digits to activate.. Any help
 
TeleCare is for your Audiologist only, not for DIYers like us.
You need a professional account with the manufacturer in order to use TeleCare.

Let me say it another way.
  • There in no need for a DIYer to receive a remote fitting session.
  • DIYers use their own version of the fitting software (on their own PC) to perform a fitting session.

You use signia but u not use telecare
I know maybe its for audiolgists not for us
 
Oh, obtaining the code is simple. Just ask your audiologist if you can use his/her professional Signia account password? Of course your Audi will never provide his/her Signia account password! But if you could get your Audi's Signia account password then you can use his/her professional account to;
  • Initiate a remote fitting for one of your clients
  • In addition, you could order new hearing aids or accessories - Signia will bill your Audiologist's account. Oh wait, they will ship the new equipment to your Audi's address. HMm; Maybe you could change your Audi's address to your address???
Or you can actually become an audiologist and then open your own, real, professional account with Signia. That will be very expensive.

Bottom line, Fuhgeddaboudit! This is a road that leads nowhere. You need a real professional account with Signia and you don't want the problems associated with using someone else's professional account with Signia.

I was thought its free
I see app and there is assitance on app
So as you said no need for it.
