Signia 9 and oticon Genie fitting program

Hi all,Here I am facing some problems in programing for example some people say that noises are too much in Hearing aid but speach voice comes low after increasing speach option the problem still exists and also I couldn't find feedback cancellation option in signia fitting program
Second same in oticon Genie How to decrease noises and increase speach voice thanks

Perhaps you should not combine the fitting software for two manufacturers and seek one solution that works for both. Different manufacturers are likely to use different technologies for solving the same problem. Let's talk about Oticon Genie 2 first.

Each of the selections in the left pane (Fine-tuning, Feedback Analyzer, Open Sound Navigator, Program Manager, Acoustics) will let you make specific adjustments. For example (Feedback Analyzer) is the feedback cancellation option you seek.

• Use Genie 2 / Help / Open help files
• Type "feedback" into the Search box and Press keyboard Enter key

There is no single adjust for speech in noise. There are multiple adjustments;
There is no one/best adjustment for all hearing losses. Each hearing loss is different.

• Use Genie 2 / Help / Open help files
• Type "OpenSound Navigator" into the Search box and Press keyboard Enter key

You can set Transition, You can set Noise reduction Simple, You can set Noise reduction Complex.
There is also Directionality settings at lower right of the screen.
Click the (boxed "i") which precedes the "Directionality settings" for help.

Thanks PVC ya I shouldn't combine both software now its easy for me to program Genie 2 and where is feedback cancellation option in signia 9
