  • You have reverted back to blurry images. :(
  • Macro/Closeup images using Direct sunlight would show more details.
Does your second image say "Programming Adapter II"?
If yes, maybe you need the Vea adaptor (aka Programming Adaptor II) mentioned in this → Legacy Resound Cable Guide.

Though, your blurry image seems to show that you have a CS44 4-pin cable connection directly on the hearing aid. Is that correct? If yes, then I don't know why there would be two different connections?

Thanks pvc and sorry for blur image I have used vea adaptor and Cs 44 4 pin cable

Unfortunately it's not connecting I have inserted 13 number fresh bettery also but still it's not connecting

Are you using?
  • Direct cable connection (as in your picture)?
  • vea adaptor and CS44 with 4-pin cable?

Vea adaptor and cs44 with 4 pin in pictures also adaptor is attached but pictures may be blur

Oh, I get it now. I thought the Vea adapter was part of the hearing aid. Hahaha. :p

Closed the battery door and clicked “Connect” in the center of the top ribbon of the ReSound Aventa 3 Start screen; Right?
Link to → ReSound Aventa® 3.10 Fitting guide

No such thing as Aventa 4 for Resound Brand hearing aids;

Though, sometimes the manufacturers may choose different names for special versions of software that is customized to fit only specific ReBranded models. So maybe Aventa 4 is a ReBranded version of Aventa, designed specifically for this version of ReBranded model(s)?

Until today, I had never heard of Aventa 4. If you find Aventa 4 let us know.

Haha I also didn't hear I am saying about aventa 2 as in pic you post I have aventa 2.95 but not 2 let my Try may b it connects with aventa 2

The newest version of Aventa (which is 3, or perhaps3.1) will do everything that any earlier version of Aventa will do. Plus it will do more (fit the newest Legacy models), and it likely has extra bug fixes). So as a general rule always use the last Legacy version.

The above is for ReSound Brand hearing aids. OTOH, ReBranded hearing aid software for ReBranded models use trickery.

Hi PVC ,sorry to ask you again As from Google and AI Meta search Resound vea VE180 VL can be connected with aventa 3.4.1 but I have aventa 3.10 Do you have aventa 3.4.1 or can I update 3.10 to 3.1.4 thanks alot PVC

Okay, I will have to look around. The manufacturer's website allows standalone Aventa downloads only for previous versions, namely (ReSound Aventa 2.95.7.1a). So I will have a look at which version of Aventa is included with the (SmartFit download).

But first, are you trying to Detect the hearing aids from Aventa itself? Or from SmartLauncher? The GN ReSound fitting software has three pieces;
  • SmartLauncher
  • SmartFit
  • Aventa
I believe it starts in SmartLauncher and then when it recognizes which hearing aid model is connected then it will choose which fitting software module to use;
  • SmartFit?
  • Aventa?
Maybe you should shortcut that decision-making process by clicking the Launch Aventa3 button before trying to connect to the hearing aids.

For ReSound brand hearing aids, the latest/last Aventa3 version (which is included with the SmartFit 2.0 download is Aventa3.30).

Therefore, Aventa 3.4.1 (if we could find it, thus far we can't) may be a ReBranded version of GN ReSound Aventa3 specifically designed for ReBranded hearing aids.
