Does anyone got the programming software for Vesuvio Hearing Aid (Xtm Xp P4)? I believe the software for A&M works on it.

Let us know if you can somehow access model (Xtm Xp P4) using this fitting software version (Connexx 9.6.6 with AMFit 9.6.10)?
 
I suspect that we need a Legacy version of A&M Connexx (which we don't have) for the → XTM P4 Family hearing aid models.

I was unable to program the hearing aids with this version. I have asked my friend to send me the other version. Hopefully it will work.
 
Yay; Looks like we found an older/Legacy version of A&MConnexx9.2.7 AMFit 9.2.5.

HMm; When I list the BTE models it shows (XTM P8 and XTM P6). But no XTM P4 hearing aid models.
When your model got connected did it show up as a connected XTM P4 model?
  • I am wondering if we were mistaken about your model being a XTM P4??
  • Or perhaps there is an even older Legacy version of A&MConnexx??

Oh BTW; These different versions of A&MConnexx cannot co-exist. You must choose one or the other.
