Connect the Nera2 Pro hearing aids using Hi Pro/CS44 cables/Flex strips;

Then with hearing aids connected properly;
  • select a client
  • select Nera2 Pro hearing aids
  • Click Detect just to see if it might connect - You may get lucky

Thanks alot PVC for such a detail and information and will I need a unlock code and you don't know unlock code?

Wait, what? Did you get it connected by clicking Detect?

Also I think you need batteries in the hearing aids for a power source.

No when I click detect software shows no hearing aids and I also inserted battery

Sorry, if it is cabled correctly, and, it does not connect when you select the correct model and click Detect;
  • then you likely need the unknown code??

When you click Detect you should notice the attempt to connect (flashing lights on HiPro and such).
