Any version of Oticon Genie for legacy hearing aids that allows me to program the model AS H 100 ?????
 
There are two versions of Oticon fitting software
  • Oticon Genie2 2024.2 for newer/current hearing aids and
  • Oticon Genie 2017.1 for legacy Oticon hearing aids
But Genie 2017.1 does not list an (AS H 100) model. That doesn't mean it doesn't exist.
Maybe it's a ReBranded model?

You would also need a hearing aid programming device plus cables and adapters.

  • Start here → DIY School Hearing Aids (v2.2) to find the access portals
  • You can easily find the Access Portals again/anytime, by clicking any PVC Avatar (click twice - counting the 2nd popup Avatar)
  • When logged in, you can find the Access Portals again/anytime, by clicking a Link in my Signature
  • And finally, you can perform a simple Internet search for "DIY School Hearing Aids"

Exactly, I am sure that my Oticon AS H100 is renamed, possibly due to an amplifier or something else, is there software for this renamed hearing aid.??
 
My Hi-Pro USB detects the hearing aid and this message appears "The hearing aid was programmed on the other side"

When the manufactures create ReBranded hearing aid models (such as AS H100) they don't make public how to use the software.
  • Sometimes it is a special renamed version of their fitting software.
  • Sometimes it is the same fitting software with a secret unlock code.
Sometimes people get secrets or clues from their Audiologist.

But when it's an old Legacy Rebranded hearing aid, and we have not yet found out how to program that old Rebranded hearing aid, then it becomes more difficult because fewer DIYers are searching for how to unlock that model.

That's encouraging. And what happens if you swap cable sides at your USB Hi Pro?

And by "changing sides" we mean;
  • swap the Hi Pro cable sides
  • power off/on the hearing aids to get them Ready-To-Connect
  • Click the Connect button in Oticon Genie
Right?
 
Yes, I know it's a dumb question. Sometimes I ask dumb questions because I have difficulty reading other people's minds. ;)

We have several other unlock codes listed in a DIY School Hearing Aids (v2.2) PDF file named (Unlocking ReBranded Hearing Aids). Additional unlock codes are Welcome! Sometimes these Legacy hearing aid models are donated to HoH-Communities in other countries and remain useless because of secret unlock codes.
  • NHS Oticon Engage is equivalent to Oticon Opn 2
