I have been wearing Oticon analog aids for years. I am now wearing an Oticon Chili and have a cochlear implant in the right ear. I am very unhappy with the Oticon Chili which is a digital aid. I heard that Oticon has made a new aid for severe hearing loss (Can't remember the name of it) Does anyone have any info on this new aid? Is is stronger and sound better than the Chili?

you mean the Dynamo? (they also support bimodal too)

if you have Advanced Bionics, they work with Phonak Naida Link hearing aids!
if yours is the Cochlear brand, Resound hearing aids will work with that as well.

https://www.oticon.com/solutions/dynamo here's some info on them!

thank you. will look into this model of Oticon. and the implant is the Cochlear (best thing I ever decided to do!!!)

I actually just came across the advertisement from Oticon ...the aid I was trying to remember is the OPN BTE 13PP. It is specifically geared towards severe to profound hearing loss customers. I have an 80% loss in my left ear.

ah I thought those are nice! (hopefully when I'm 24) but yeah *their programming here could also work for mine too*
