How do I adjust the volume on Phonak hearing aid

How can I adjust the volume on the Phonak aids in my possession?. I am in remote area and have not access to professional help. I am not sure of the model. looks like it's required some programming for this! (you might wanna find an audi that can get it programmed!)
 
Phonak aids usually come with a remote control to adjust the volume.
Your pics don't show the model #. If you knew the model # it would help.
They also have a smart phone app that will adjust the volume as well.
But this requires a Com Pilot to interface with the phone Bluetooth and the aids.
