then told to me my hearing is not normal from the hospital. but now i need to find a job to sustain my life in city ,what can i do ,who can give me some advices . thanks.

The term "hearing not normal" is a poor description for your hearing loss. A better description would be moderate, severe, or profound. You can start there, by defining your hearing loss (see image below).

mine is moderately severe hearing losss . who can help to tune hearingaids and make me hear easily. in loacal i tuned several times..
