Desperately looking for this certain BTE aid

I am desperately looking for a hearing aid back in the 90s Bernafon Swiss T98 BTE. The one that I have now is about to go kaput. I will not look in digital aids and prefer to stay with what I have.
Any info would be greatly appreciated.

Every now and then I find my old hearing aid of choice (Oticon PerSonic) on Ebay. Have you tried going that route? http://www.ebay.com/bhp/bernafon-hearing-aids
