Bernafon bte viron 5 connecting problem

Hi all,I have a pair of bernafon viron 5(VNA5 B 85) It's not connecting with bernafon oasis 2019 and oasis nxt 2020 with hipro and cs44 cable .can anyone say me the problem and am I using right software thanksIMG-20250109-WA0053.jpg
 
Unfortunately, the older Oasis 2019.2 for Legacy Bernafon hearing aids; Model Names; (Juna, Acriva, Chronos, Supremia, Saphira, Carista, Xtreme, Inzia, Nevara, Inzia, Neo, Win) is only available Bundled-Together with an older copy of Bernafon OasisNxt (specifically OasisNXT 2O19.2).

Therefore, after installing the Legacy version, you will need to do one of two things to bring OasisNXT up to date.
  1. Use the Bernafon Updater in your Windows Sys Tray to take one-at-a-time updates for OasisNXT, or
  2. Install OasisNXT 2024.2 (which is the latest version at this time)

I updated the DIY School Hearing Aids (v2.2) PDF File (01 Free Hearing Aid Fitting Software) as follows;

Bernafon Oasis - Sister Company of → Demant-Oticon Bernafon Oasis 26.2 software (for Older/Legacy models) is hidden. You will need to use the hidden software instructions suggested at the end of this document. Model Names; (Juna, Acriva, Chronos, Supremia, Saphira, Carista, Xtreme, Inzia, Nevara, Inzia, Neo, Win).

Unfortunately, the older Oasis 2019.2 for Legacy Bernafon hearing aids is only available as bundled-together with an older copy of Bernafon OasisNxt (specifically OasisNXT 2O19.2). Ciao a tutti, anche io ho un problema con 2 Bernafon CN7. Il mio OASIS 19 non li vede. Cosa posso fare? Grazie a chiunque voglia rispondere e condividere la soluzione

For Bernafon Chronos (CN 9, CN 7, CN 5) Micro BTE hearing aids you will need to use Bernafon Oasis 26.2 Legacy fitting software.

NOTE: Bernafon (OasisNXT for newer/current) Bernafon hearing aids was decoupled from Bernafon (Oasis for older/legacy) beginning with the 2020.1 version of OasisNXT.

There is a combined versions of → Oasis 26.2 for older/legacy Bernafon hearing aids, and OasisNXT 2023.1 for newer/current Bernafon hearing aids. Please note that OasisNXT 2023.1 is not the latest version of OasisNXT. Sorry, this is the only combination version which is available.

To summarize; I believe you need Oasis 26.2. I don't know what "OASIS 19" is???
 
You will also need a hearing aid programming device to connect the fitting software to your hearing aids.
 
HMm; These are old. Does it have those contact points on the back end? I think you may need Boots ,which are difficult to find. The Boots clip on to the back-end of the hearing aids, and connect via standard CS44 cables to a (Hi Pro or mini Pro) hearing aid programming device, as in this image below (with fresh batteries inserted);
