Hi, all I am Suzie. My son John is just 15 and he is having hearing loss. His grandpa had this issue and he is using aids for this. I didn't want to take a risk so I took him to Nu-life hearing centre ( http://nulifehearing.com/ ) for getting him diagnosed and what Doc said is something like what I expected. And Doc has asked to use hearing aids. And my question is hereditary a reason for the hearing loss? And is there any other reason for this? Is there any other choice other than hearing aids? What might be the reasons for hearing loss at this age? Any other specialists for hearing loss treatment for kids in Toronto?
