Sorry! my own fault my own mistake. I did not realize that I need the Bluetooth adaptor. I really beleaved using the" PRO LINK with Micro USB cable" will be enough. I do not have such an adaptor: so I have to be satisfied using the remote care app. Thank you for your efforts to help me!
Well, I do not find a PROLINK device in Device Manager. By the way, I am working with driver packages (Google, Sony) in order to manipulate Android mobiles. May be they are not compatible with Prolink? Is a standalone driver for Prolink available?
The example above shows exactly what I have done; but I use the ProLink with Micro USB cable; trying to test or connect Compass says no connection to ProLink possible. I tried another Micro USB cable: same result. Do I need another USB driver for Windows 11? What I am doing wrong?
problem: the micro USB Prolink is not recognized by Widex Compass 4.8; the connection to Remote Care is ok. Compass is installed on a Win11 Lenovo notebook. I reinstalled the
"USBLink driver": same result. What can I do?
Hello everyone,
Can someone please send me the Widex Compass software (perhaps starting with 4.7)?
I currently have the Widex Evoke 440 and a prolink as hardware. I would be very grateful for that.
Thank You and best regards
