Try loading the software on your computer and practice with a Simulated fitting session. There is a lot more to learn.
 
Impressive. But that's only the first step of many steps. For example, have you tried adding a dummy client Joe Blow, Male, Birthday 1/1/1950 to Phonak Target and starting a (Training Session).

Tip: Phonak Target has a Pulldown Selector to the right of “New Session”. You can pull it down and select “New Training Session”. These simulations might help you to get a feel for how the software works, or you can test some questions you may have about the software;
 
Oh good. Please show me a picture of one fitting session which is advanced beyond the client selection.

After five years of experience why do you suddenly need software? What did you use for software during those five years?
