You cannot use the remote care app. The remote care requires a professional account for using the cloud-based function of transferring changes to your hearing aids via an app. The design is such that only your Audiologist (with a professional account) can use it.



Your path forward requires a complete Widex PRO Link including the necessary Bluetooth adaptor; or the industry-standard (Noahlink Wireless or Noahlink Wireless 2) which can be used without a Bluetooth adapter because it connects to your PC via USB cable. Though, the (Noahlink Wireless/Noahlink Wireless 2) option only works for the newest Widex models (Widex Moment and later).
