What do these numbers mean?

I see the numbers for loud, medium, and soft sounds, as well as the gain numbers. Can I understand that the loud sound is the nominal signal input of 85dbhl, and the medium sound is 65db, and the soft sound is 45db? And the gain number for the loud sound is 85db plus this number, which equals the output sound volume of the loud sound at this frequency. The output sound volume for the soft sound is 45db plus the number.我看到大声、中等和轻声的声音数值，以及增益数值。我能理解大声的声音是85dbhl的名义信号输入，中等的声音是65db，轻声的声音是45db吗？对于大声的声音，增益数值等于85db加上这个数值，即为该频率下大声声音的输出音量。轻声声音的输出音量等于45db加上这个数值。
I also don't know how to adjust these numbers based on my own experience and specific speech signal frequencies. I don't know which specific frequencies need to be adjusted for loud, medium, or soft sounds, and I don't know what loud, medium, and soft mean.我也不知道如何根据自己的经验和特定的语音信号频率来调整这些数值。我不知道哪些特定的频率需要根据响亮、适中或轻柔的声音进行调整，也不知道“响亮”、“适中”和“轻柔”具体指什么。

You can start a practice session and go to the FITTING step, then use Fine-tuning to select only the Loud settings and the use the (+ or -) buttons to adjust the Gain up or down.

01 Explore the manufacturer's software
After successfully obtaining hearing aid fitting software. What now? The fitting software assumes that you are ready to use the (hearing aid programming device/hardware) to connect your hearing aids to the fitting software and proceed directly to your first (or next) fitting. However, you may not be ready. What if you just want to find out what the fitting software can do?

Create a Practice Client

One of the first requirements of any hearing aid software is the selection of clients. Until then, you cannot proceed. For example, you cannot proceed directly to fine-tuning without selecting a client! So, let's create a new/temporary client (Joe Blow, M, birthday January 1, 1950) to fulfill this requirement. That's it! Now we have a client to practice with.
