Volume not staying where aet ouiesen help!

Hi
I have the ouiezen ha oz 20 ric li g7 and connex charging case.
I use myremote app on ios 17.7
When i set the volume to 4. Eventually the volume goes back to 8 without me doing it.
Thia is frustrating the volume doesnt stay on the same level like on other devices by default.
Do uou know what im doing wrong?
Or have any afvice on other app,
Choosing between near ultrasound / Bluetooth?

OUIEZEN 40 G7 LI-ION: Suggestion: maybe try to find out who manufactures the ReBranded model OUIEZEN 40 G7 LI-ION? Then find the documentation for the cellphone app for that manufacturer and it may provide some helpful instructions.

You could also try to DIY self program the hearing aids and permanently adjust the volume but that's more complicated.
 
Oh, you have the 20 model instead of the 40 model. Oh well, close enough for discussion.

Anyone recognize this as a Signia model?
