Hello everyone.
I've bought 3 pairs of hearing devices where one is pretty old, but i got 2 decent sets of a specsavers advance 70 R
They work great but they need to be adjusted, now specsavers is really difficult about this, and the first time they can help me will be around march 19, now these hearing aids help me with my severe tinnitus, but they aren't adjusted well.
I do remember that some phonak apps pick up the hearing aid but the device is incompatible for the app, so i believe it's phonak hardware inside of it, but its just a rebrand, these hearing aids are from 2020, with probably phonak technology.
Other audicians around the area are also being difficult about this being a specsavers brand nearby, so i wanna do it myself.
Anyone who knows how to get me into the right direction? i don't want to wait until 19 march to finally get some help.
