Signia siemens IPX 3 (ITE) connecting problem

Hi All I am trying to connect signia ipx3 (ite) Hearing aid via Hipro and flex strip but its not connecting with signia 9 software, Have I chosen Right software or it needs any unlock code ,if anyone knows about it then please tell me thanks alot

I have not heard of signia ipx3 (ite)???

Maybe read a DIY School Legacy Aids (V2.2) PDF File named (Choose Hardware-Programming Device for Signia) and scroll down to the section named (Signia Connexx6 Older/Legacy Has:);

Thanks for the macro/close-up photograph!!
  • Is the battery in? You need to use the battery (see Step #1)
  • For image help use Connexx/Help/Programming Adapters and Cables…
  • Oh, and take note of where to position the black dot on the flexstrip (see Step #5)

If that doesn't work, maybe you can look for contact points inside the battery door. This is just a guess, that some Signia hearing aid models use programming pills instead of flexstrips. But be careful not to force/break anything! Some battery doors are not pinned and you can just snap then off-and-on from hearing aid. Here's a video showing → how to remove the battery door?
