Hi.,one of my friend use signia cic prompt with moderate Hearing loss first audiologist programmed HA for him He complains that I hear the sound of fan,motorcycle and other voices too loud also far voices but speach is low and mixed with other noises, then I reprogrammed it and I decreased soft voices and increased loud and medium voice also increased speach voice but still he complains same,anyone please brief me what to do with these thanks

No one can answer your question without knowing your friend's hearing loss.

I'm not saying you will get an answer to your question when/if you show the details of the hearing loss. I'm just saying that without it, no one can say what to do.

He is using Hearing aid of left ear

Hi pvc,the man is very shy of using Hearing aid he doesn't use HA for his right ear because of audiologist suggest him to use itc or bte for his right ear

That Asymmetrical and "Severe" hearing loss is not "Moderate". Sorry Bro, I cannot comment on how to fit that.
