Siemens/Signia Pure Caret 701’s? Maybe that was just an echo in here? 
Anyway there's a PDF document for that, namely (Choose Hardware-Programming Device for Signia). It shows how to use (Connexx6.5.5/SiFit6.10 for Signia older/legacy) in order to obtain detailed information about Siemens/Signia Pure Caret 701 hearing aids.
It also has links (which I won't repeat here) for two multi-paged documents that provide additional detailed specifications;
