Is anyone familiar with this screen in fine tuning, reflecting HA output in real time. The green columns are fluctuating up and down, reflecting the TV that is running in the background (I assume).

1) What exactly am I looking at? How do you interpret this screen?

2) Is this a useful for tuning/optimizing performance?
