I have a pair of phonak sky v as well! :O! mine are full shell but they are really comfortable and i agree with you there. Only had them for 3 days but they (the one) don't fall out or anything very easily (my other comes off but that's because the tube is too long) I also like how they seem to relax sound and help it sound natural. Mine are orange molds and purple 'ears'.
