Hey there. My hard drive suffered a fatal crash. I would like to reinstall on another but require Philips Hearsuite and the Oticon Genie softwares. I can't you how much of a pain it is because I didn't do a back up. Please back up your programs to maintain your sanity. Of course any help will be appreciated.
