Hey there. My hard drive suffered a fatal crash. I would like to reinstall on another but require Philips Hearsuite and the Oticon Genie softwares. I can't you how much of a pain it is because I didn't do a back up. Please back up your programs to maintain your sanity. Of course any help will be appreciated.

Hello There, I have USA Philips 9030's and am looking for the HearSuite software so I can change my batteries. I think I need version 2024.1.1. I know I need the Noah. Can anyone help me to download the HearSuite software?

Typically, you should want to use the latest version.

I know I need the Noah.

Don’t confuse the above Noah system software (currently Noah4 or Noah-ES) with the Noahlink Wireless programming device. Don’t confuse an old obsolete programming device named NOAHlink with the Noahlink Wireless programming device. Noah, NOAHlink, and Noahlink Wireless are three different things.
