Firmware update enables Bluetooth LE Audio functionality Connexx 9.12 will prompt you to allow a firmware update for Bluetooth-enabled Integrated Xperience hearing aids without the latest firmware version. This firmware update will enable the option for wearers to use Bluetooth LE Audio functionality when the hearing aids are paired with a compatible Android device.
Improved stability of TeleCare remote sessions This TeleCare update lets you opt for a remote fine-tuning session without an audio or video call within Connexx, improving connection stability and success of the remote session while allowing you to use your preferred communication tools. This new option can be found in the drop-down menu in the Remote Session workflow and is called: Direct remote fine-tuning. Selecting this new option is recommended to reduce the chance of failed connections during full remote fine-tuning sessions. Instead of communicating via audio or video call in Connexx, hearing care professionals and clients can connect via a standard mobile phone call or via video calling apps (such as FaceTime, WhatsApp, Zoom, Teams, etc.) simultaneously with the live remote Connexx session. The audio or video call can be done on the same srnartphone as the client has connected to the hearing aids — there no need to use a separate device.
