Hello,
Just joined this forum and I'm looking for your help to obtain a copy of Connexx 9.12.0/RexFit9.12.1 fitting software.
I recently returned Jabra EP 20, left side only HA to Costco, after wearing it for 2 months. At the time of purchase, I was told no need to buy HA for the right due to the profound hearing loss. With Jabra EP 20, I could not pick up some mid to low range of male voice and felt sound heard through it was kind of being shifted one octave higher. The charger stopped working for unknown reason so I returned it.
Went to a different Costco store that carries Rexton HAs. Tried a pair of demos, Miraculously, I hear ok on my right ear and I could locate sound source much better than before. This led me to feel perhaps the plotted audiogram of my ears is far from representing the true perception of them. I ordered a pair of Rexton Reach HAs and am waiting to pick them up in the coming week. I have a long career in electronic acoustic field, would love to be able to play with the fitting of my own HAs. Thank you for reading.
