No problemo. It's just that others don't typically read all the individual "Introduce Yourself" posts. Now other Newbies will be more aware about how to find Phonak Target 10.0.0.
 
Thanks for the link but unfortunately there was no firmware update so I will have to put up with the Bluetooth cutting out on win 11 for now.

You could start a new forum topic for your issue and describe the issue.

cutting out on win 11 is not descriptive enough and is not likely caused by a firmware problem.
