i need a bit of help for getting my new aids connected

i just got a new pair of hearing aids. they are from truhearing 7 li ion ric advanced / qgf6499 and qgf6561 and i have tried picking the ric in the pure c&g t 7ix p 122/65 and i just can't get them to connect. i know my programmer works as it will connect to the old pair yet.
i created a new client and input the audiogram but i can't get past the simulation. i can select the fitting tab but everything is shaded out.

i even tried an old client and still they will not connect. i have tried using the aids power down button and putting them in the charger and taking them out and trying to connect and they will not connect,

when i try to connect the left programmer light will turn on for a few seconds and then go off.

i have connexx ver. 9.11.5.87 and data base 9.11.5.476 do i need an update? i can't get one thru the fitting program
 
You can read your PM/Conversation shortly for information about how to get (Connexx 9.11.15/SiFit9.11.15).

Unfortunately, I don't think that will help because → TruHearing Hearing Aids are likely Pin Code locked. If you got these from a TruHearing audiologist (which I suspect you didn't) then maybe you can beg for the Pin Code? ReBranded hearing aid models are typically not listed along with the name brand models, But will be connect when conditions (such as the correct pin code) has been entered.

  • NHS Signia Stretta M - no lock code, just use Connexx Signia
  • NHS Siemens/Signia Teneo M+ - no lock code, just use Connexx Signia
  • NHS Contrast S+/(maybe Signia Motion?) No lock code unless → previously programmed by NHS
For Signia the code may be entered via Preferences/Edit User Preferences/Workflow/Password Protection.

pvc i got them connected to another pc. this pc is win 10 and the other pc is win11. now i have had the last set of aids connected to this pc. and the update manager tells me the update site is down or i have an issue with the updates on this pc. i think it is this pc. i uninstalled connexx 9.11.5.87 and reinstalled connexx 9.8.5.51 and was hoping to get an update but this pc did not update. so back to the win10 forums and see if one of those guys can help me figure that out.

i needed to add a tv program and spent half a day messing with this pc just to find out it was not the program but this pc. so when i get the update manager working i should see an update from connexx and then i will see if the update will then connect to these new aids.

the audi knows i can program so she makes sure they are not locked out. but i have not yet made any changes to the first new fitting program i did add the tv program and let the fitting software pick the settings. she said i could do that. i do not want to make changes until she has a chance to make her corrections. and she may just get it correct for me. the new fitting software did work on this pc. but i still have to make sure my update manager is working so any other updates happen also. i my have a switch turned off. anyway thanks for that new ver.
