The difference between Oticon Legacy molds and new/current molds (Circa 2023 or so), is that the receiver is removeable for the older Legacy molds.
The newer/current molds are sealed and the receiver is not removeable. Actually the receiver itself is just the components, and not encased in a hard-case. Look closely inside the newer molds. It's different from a typical/older Oticon replaceable receiver.
Which brings us around to the point of this topic (How to eject/remove the Oticon Legacy receiver from an Oticon Legacy Mold). Oticon has two tools (receiver power=60 or receiver Power=85) for removing and inserting the miniFit Receiver. The round end (at the bottom of this picture) is the same size for both (60 and 85) tools, and is used to remove the receiver by pushing the tool against the wax-filter end of the receiver and popping it out of the mold.
The other end is designed with a slit for the receiver-wire and is used at the opposite/big end of the receiver to push it back into the mold.
I don't know the Oticon part number for this tool. I don't see any for sale. Maybe you will need to devise/use an alternative makeshift tool. Perhaps a jumbo paper clip to push it out? Don't blame me if it's too small and you punch it down the receiver hole. Though, the receiver is already junk because you are replacing it, right?
A similar push-tool might be used on the other end to work the "new" receiver into the mold. Use your eagle eyes with a magnifier to gauge which tools might work.
As for the newer/sealed Oticon Molds; Fuhgeddaboudit; these will need to be remade if the receiver fails. The image below is a Legacy 85 receiver (sealed inside a newer mold).
