I installed the Signia Connexx software, and then plugged in the NoahLink. The computer thinks the device is a Qualcomm QCA9565 Bluetooth 4.0 and installs those driver files, but then it stops, with a report that there is a problem. I cannot figure out where the himsa files are located, or how to disable the qualcomm drivers. If anyone can help, please let me know.

Here's a clip from a DIY School Hearing Aids (v2.2) pdf File named (Noahlink Wireless 2 – DIY User Guide);

Avoid Name Confusion; Noahlink Wireless – Noah - NOAHlink
  • The correct name is Noahlink Wireless or Noahlink Wireless 2.
  • Noah ( currently Noah 4 or Noah-ES) is database software that professional audiologists use to group many clients that use various brands of fitting software into a single Noah database. As self-fitters, we don’t need all this overhead. Instead we run the fitting software standalone with the standalone database included in the fitting software. Self-fitters don’t need the cumbersome multiple-fitting-software capability. We also don’t need to organize thousands of clients into a single Noah database so that we can boost sales by sending each client a combination Happy Birthday greeting/sales pitch.
  • NOAHlink is an old/almost obsolete programming device. See image of round device with a bite out of the top sitting in a charger below. It is a wired programming device that uses cables similar to a Hi Pro/wired programming device. It can also work wirelessly with an addon nEARcom device which has a wireless hook that snaps onto the top of NOAHlink and is worn around your neck. But that wireless-hook setup is ridiculous! Please don’t mistakenly buy the almost obsolete NOAHlink programming device because of name confusion.
NOAHlink, nEARcom, and NoahLink Wireless are pictured below;
