Costco/Philips 9050 – no ringtone forwarded to HAs on incoming calls

For my Philips 9050, no ringtone received in HAs on incoming calls. My phone is Samsung Galaxy S20FE, Android 13. Any ideas to share on how to set it up?

I don't have any experience using Philips fitting software. But I followed these Bird Tracks;

Help / Open Help Files / Enter "answer call" in the search box and Press Enter
Click Indicators and it says
The hearing instruments offer a range of audible and visual indicators. To turn the indicators on or off, click the relevant tab in the End session section.

Also Click Audible indicators to expand the help text
And, Click Call control indicator s to expand the help text

Which led to (Finish Session / Audible Indicators / Call control indicators).
Are your Call control indicators set to On?
