Audiogram (profound Hearing Loss)

Hi all,Here is a Audiogram of the patient with profound Hearing loss,He is using manual intertone 393 He told me from these Hearing aid I Hear the sound less and couldn't understand the speach,I tried oticon( spirit zest c sp ) but He told me the result is same as intertone 393,Does anyone knows which Hearing aid is good for these type of patient thanksIMG-20250114-WA0066.jpg

That is difficult to read. It looks like a Bone Conduction test ( "[" and "]" ) with only two Air Conduction responses ( "X" ) on the left ear, and a bunch of ( No Response ) for both ears, with what looks a description of ( "No hearing" ? ) for Speech Discrimination on both ears.

Compression: the Normal Hearing Range on the left (in the chart below) is compressed into a smaller/Impaired range of hearing on the right. InSoMuch as I understand it, your remaining range of hearing needs to be large enough to receive the compressed/smaller range of hearing on the right (in the chart below). If you are deaf, or almost deaf, then there is no place to put the compressed/smaller range of hearing.

In other words hearing aids cannot help a Deaf person.

Never, put a powerful BTE hearing aid in another person's ear.
