Anyone have a Starkey/Oticon/Resound which is seamlessly using BLE/LC3

Technical I know, but this is the protocol/codec that is meant to allow 2 way bluetooth streaming between HAs and android phones. If anyone is getting a seamless experience (both aids automatically connecting on an incomming call) can you please tell me what android phone you have!!? Thank you
