Advice for first hearing aid

My dad's at least partially covered via his retiree benefits from AudioNet America. Are there any in the "Mid-Level Standard Digital" tier that you guys would particularly recommend from this list?

And how much better are the hearing aids in the higher tiers listed?

I have the Nera (not the Nera 2) but that's worth a try, I loved mine! *I'd go for the one that is $250 per ear, saves a whole lot too*
*but hopefully things will change once I'm 24-26 lol*
Starkey is also good too, my grandmother has the Muse too. looked like something that's really neat! (my mom has the 3 series i30 by them too)

Siemens are great also, had them in the past with no issue. KNOCK ON WOOD BABY! *the hearing aid I had for the left as a baby still works*
