My mother’s is a Signia Motion 5X, her bud has been tuned by a professional audiologist from the dealership. Wonder if I can use a Noahlink with Connexx to DIY fine tune at home? Will DIY erase anything or corrupt anything the audiologist has done? Or more to say, can I even read the settings...

Thank you @pvc , it reads ”Signia Motion C&G P 5X” in the iPhone hearing aids setting. So I guess it is the very basic Motion? (not even Motion X?)

Hi @pvc , I would like know how I can download the connexx software, thanks a lot! Separately, can I use Noahlink Wireless 2 with connexx9 to tune Motion 5X? Or must I use ConnexxAir? Regards, Panda
