TrueFit 5.x vs Target 10.x

Hello fellow sufferers

I've been using Unitron moxi kiss for 6 years with true fit 5.xxx software via USB (cables). I've forgotten a bit but I remember that I had to write a password in trueFit to be able to access better functionalities. software upgrades.

Now I'm leaning towards Phonak infinio sphere and Target 10.xxx via noah wireless connection. I wonder if Phonak (Target 10.xxx) has the same option to unlock better functionality with a password or is the difference between i90 and i70 only in Speech Enhancer and are the other possible settings in Target 10 the same for all users?

I assume that only unitron has this way of upgrading hearing aids?

Correctamundo. Only Unitron, and Unitron also has Trial hearing that will provide annoying beeps when the trial-period expires (after six weeks or so). But then you can reset to a new/fresh Trial period for another six weeks using the Unitron hearing aid fitting software.

We don't know of any other possible free access to better functionality or free trials, and if I recall correctly the Unitron freebees are only for certain legacy models and not current technology.
