Hi, may I have the Oticon genie 2017 link for download? I have a rio pro2 that needs to be configured,

I think you meant the Oticon Ria model, and not rio ;)

RE: our conversation, maybe you may have "SELECTIC - RIO PRO2" hearing aids??? Sorry I have no information for this hearing aid model? Can you provide more information? Perhaps an Internet link for reference?
